The Village of Van Buren Planning and Zoning Committee is appointed by the Village of Van Buren Council. The Planning and Zoning Committee provides recommendations to the Village Council on all issues related to the Village of Van Buren’s Zoning Code but not limited to help design and execute suitable policies for economic development, zoning regulations to be enforced, requests to rezone lots, and any proposed amendments.
