PLEASE NOTE: We cannot bind coverage through this website. Coverage is bound after you receive a written email or telephone confirmation from an agency staff member. 

Report a Claim

To report a claim during regular business hours, please call us at (419) 274-4785.

After hours or on weekends, you can report the claim directly to Ohio Mutual Insurance Group at 1-888-895-7725. 

If your claim involves auto glass only, you have the option of contacting the Ohio Mutual glass service at 1-888-488-3223 or using their convenient online Ohio Mutual Glass Claim Service. Both services are administered by Guardian Auto Glass and offer policyholders several convenient ways to submit auto glass claims. Policyholders may always use the glass repair shop of their choice.

Pay Your Bill

You can pay your bill online by click HERE, or pay by phone by calling 
 1-877-699-7364 to pay using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ATM card, credit card, or checking or savings account. There is no fee for using this service.

View or Print Documents

To print or view a copy of your policy, Auto ID cards, or billing statement, please click HERE
